Lymph node metastatic cell lines

We have developed a suite of melanoma cell lines, based upon Isaiah Fidler's B16-F0 model, that exhibit enhanced metastatic proclivity for lymph nodes and which are syngeneic in C57BL/6 mice. We receive frequent requests for these lines and have deposited them at CancerTools.org to handle distribution and MTAs. We encourage nonprofit researchers to acquire these lines directly from CancerTools (links below).
